Book Cover done for former Pakistan Foreign Secretary Shamshad Ahmad.

Problem: Shamshad wanted a cover that highlighted the urgency of Pakistan’s current political situation, as indicated by the title, while also having a more modern look as opposed to other books typically published in the field.

Solution: The version on the left was the first iteration made but the contrast in the title was not meshing with well with the tan background nor was it creating as much of a sense of urgency as desired. Ultimately, I worked toward the final cover presented on the left as it had better color blocking and incorporated a dot matrix graphic of the world to account for the global implications mentioned in the book as well.
